The service offered by Mobility Abroad was second to none. Tony couldn’t do enough for us. When we needed to hire a second mobility scooter he delivered promptly. When that scooter’s tyre had a puncture he had delivered another within half an hour of the phone call. Tony was pleasant, easy to talk to and certainly willing to go the extra mile.

I cannot recommend Tony and his company enough!
It's very rare these days to find someone who actually cares and is so passionate about his company.
Primarily his customers.

Tony is a great guy and looked after my father who is 89.
Their flight was cancelled and had to extend the hire.

As a last minute idea to hire a scooter for my mother in law whilst on holiday to enable her to come on days out with us I stumbled across Mobility Abroad and contacted Tony, who was extremely helpful and friendly and managed to deliver a scooter to our hotel the same day. Although we had a few little issues with the scooter (should of asked for a bigger one for what we needed (cobbled streets etc)) however this in no way affected the use of it and after half an hour we realised what we could/couldn’t do with it. I have no doubt if we needed assistance that Tony would have been there however it didn’t come to this. Collection was made easy for us by Tony coming to our hotel again.
Communication was brilliant & service next to none.
Thank you very much for your help and enabling us to go out as a family 2 days running 🙂

I booked a mobility scooter for my mother for our stay recently in Spain from Tony. The service we received was amazing. Scooter was dropped to hotel with a full demo and collected at a time that was convenient to us. The lads at mobility abroad provide a fantastic service. The reclining stroller we rented for our trip was clean and comfortable which meant our toddler could nap while out and about. The stroller was delivered to the hotel and collected also, which meant we weren't trying to juggle the logistics of it.

I was dreading my annual 'jolly' with the girls, due to a leg and ankle issue... one call on arriving in Spain to these fabulous guys turned my dread into great... an approprate scooter was delivered to my hotel within the hour of a phone call... excellent service... Lee the delivery driver explained the workings of the machine, and off I went, don't let a mobility issue spoil you holiday, call Simon or Danny...

I booked weeks in advance for 7 days wheelchair hire.
After corresponsing with Tony via email, I was advised that the 10am delivery I had requested was not possible on the required dat, but 11am would be. I accepted this and provided the Google maps pin and directions to our villa.
I waited until noon before calling the office. Nobody was available so I sent a further email to Tony.
I called regularly until 1:30 without anybody answering the phone.
Our plans for that day were ruined, so we resigned ourselves to a day at "home".
I tried calling again from 10am the following day. I have had no success via phone or email, no contact from Tony explaining why our booking has not been fulfilled.
We now have 2 disappointed children who can't have days out with Nanny and a disabled grandparent who has paid for a holiday which now has limited scope for enjoyment.

AMAZING SERVICE
So easy to arrange, I used the booking form via the website..Tony then emailed me to confirm. Id requested a manual wheelchair for my mother who has MS and walking difficulties, to arrive at our hotel. Tony said he would meet me in reception to deliver the chair and take payment (€45 for 8 full days). When we met,11am..(he was actually there on time) He double checked that I knew how to work the wheelchair and we parted ways. Really so easy and simple to arrange this from home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definatley use Mobility Abroad again.

Delivered on time. We were worried at first that the scooters wheels would not cope with the pavements as their was no drop kerb at the rear of the hotel, but our worries were unfounded as the hotel had a small portable ramp which we could use. The scooter was great for getting about and would order again.

Fantastic service. Scooter delivered to hotel along witavlh battery charger. Great little scooter, comfortable and safe. Once fully charged the scooter would travel miles. Very professional company, friendly and nothing too much trouble. I got held over for three days due to UK weather. One quick phone call and I was given the scooter to last until I got home. Talking to Tony when he came to pick up the scooter he made me aware of the wide range of disability aids they have to hire out. With very competitive prices, I'll be using then again, and will recommend to all my friends.

Just back from a few days In Torremolinos and had a great time which was made easier by hiring a mobility scooter for my 82 year old Mother. Prior to our break i checked out a few companies and decided to go with this one due to the positive feedback. I must say from start to Finish the service was absolutely outstanding. We Initially booked a large scooter but decided to hire a car so we opted to change to the smaller scooter. to change was no trouble at all and they fully understood. The scooter was delivered early all ready for us with charger and fully charged, along with paperwork and number to call should we have an issue whilst out and about. On one occasion late in the evening, we had an issue where it would not move so i called the number and Tony talked me through what to do in a matter of seconds and we were back up and running, simply down to an error on my part. The scooter was reliable and performed fine and held its charge fully everywhere we went.
I highly recommend this company as service and price is spot on, but most of all is the customer service and Tony was fantastic and caring and we really did feel like valued customers. we shall have no hesitation at all in booking again on our next visit

I had to hire a wheelchair for personal use after a recent fall. The service Tony provided was excellent. The chair was delivered to me on the day I required it. I received a phone call from Tony telling me that he would be a little late with delivery due to driving conditions as the weather was so bad (was pretty horrendous) but at least he was decent enough to call me to tell me which I thought was excellent, I would have been waiting and wondering if it was going to be delivered. Tony was very kind, courteous & apologized for being a little late. I can highly recommend this company. Hopefully I will not need to use them again but would have no hesitation in using the company again.

I have very recently hired a mini scooter for myself and my Sister in Law whilst having a few days break in Fuengirola. Both scooters were delivered ahead of time to our hotel without any hitches, and Tony was extremely helpful showing us the ropes as we had never used them before. I have always, for quite a few years, used mobility abroad which in itself is a testimony to the service and product they supply. Tony always communicates several times before your arrival date and delivers the product to the hotel on time, as regards any service you may require during the hire period quite simply I don't know as the product he supplies for us. a powerchair, has always been trouble free and we have never had any issues over the past few years, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting a trouble free hire

Back at home after a great holiday in Benalmadena. I unfortunately broke my ankle 4 weeks before our holiday but as I got the ok to travel I arranged to hire a Mobility scooter to enable me to get out & about whilst on holiday. I was recommended to use Mobility Abroad & I’m so glad I did! The booking process was so easy to use and Tony is so helpful. The scooter & shower stool I ordered were delivered on time & Tony gave me full instructions on how to use it. Excellent service & would definitely recommend.

Booking the scooter was so easy and the scooter was delivered right on time. I had a mishap and damaged the hotel glass door. Even though it states clearly on the contract that I was responsible for any 3rd party claims, Tony was more than generous in coming to an understanding with the hotel and myself. 1st class service and great company to hire from. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The way to assess service is what they do when something isn't perfect. My wife's first scooter seemed stop - start, sometimes slowing right down on road crossings. A call to Tony and a replacement scooter was delivered. First class service and excellent customer relations. The price was very keen too. Would definitely use again.
