Can I pick up the scooter from your shop or will you deliver to my hotel or home?
We deliver to your accommodation. If you are hiring smaller items you are more than welcome to collect from our shop.
Where do I pickup my Rental when I arrive at my hotel?
Once you arrive at your hotel we will arrange to meet you in reception.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, please call us 48 hrs prior to your arrival.
Will I be charged a deposit for the rental equipment?
No, but in the rental agreement you accept all responsibilities for any damages to the rental equipment outside of normal wear and tear while in your possession.
What happens if my scooter rental breaks down?
Call us immediately we will then troubleshoot the problem over the phone to determine if it’s operator’s or mechanical error. If it is mechanical error and the scooter is “NON OPERABLE” we will arrange to replace the scooter.
How do I know if my battery charger is working or that the battery is fully charged?
Please charge your scooter every night regardless of use (A red and yellow light indicates charging; green light indicates the battery is fully charged).
Can all of your scooters break down easily to fit into the trunk of a car or van?
No. We recommend the “Mini” scooter to go into a vehicle.
I’ve never used a mobility scooter before and feel a bit nervous.
When we deliver the scooter to you, we will ensure that you can operate it safely and you are comfortable before we go.
What happens if my stay is cut short?
Only if we can re-book the scooter for the time left on your agreement, we will offer a refund.
What distance will the scooters travel?
Each type of scooter has different ranges.
These distances will be affected by the user weight, the terrain if it is hilly and the temperature if it gets too hot.
